Description

 

I am excited to announce that I am opening slots for custom building portraits. These unique pieces will be created using a mix of watercolour, ink, and occasionally coloured pencils. The sizes available range from 5×7 inches to A3.

These personalized building portraits make wonderful gifts to commemorate special places such as wedding venues, first homes, or business locations.

Once you place your order, I will reach out via email to request at least two or three high-quality photos. Providing more photos will enhance the accuracy and detail of your portrait.

Upon receiving your photos, I will provide you with either a pencil sketch or a digital mock-up for your approval. Please be aware that I allow up to two revisions at this stage. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge of £10 each, which will be invoiced before shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Expect a turnaround time of 3 weeks for your custom building portraits. They will be shipped via Royal Mail with tracking. Please note that delivery times via Royal Mail can vary, so if this is intended as a gift, please order well in advance to allow for production and delivery. Thank you for your patience.
