You Find God In The Pain – Abstract Print

“You Find God In Pain”

Music so often inspires my painting, my faith inspires my painting, my Disability informs my painting too. So here is another abstract informed by all of these things together.

This is a digital mixed media, abstract painting. It’s full of deep reds, blacks, greys and whites. There is movement and there is structure, it flows like pain but has structure of hope represented by the grid lines at each side.

The lyrics from foundations of decay by my chemical romance are:
“Let our blood in vain, you find God in pain
Now, if your convictions were a passing faith
May your ashes feed the river in the morning rays
And as the vermin crawls
We lay in the foundations of decay“

Digitally painted by hand, no AI has been used to make this image or enhance the image.

Please note:

Prints are made to order using a print shop local to me in Burnley, there is a two week turn around.
